  • We represented a Mexican bank in a fraud committed by a general of the Popular Republic of China, getting the double of the frauded money in showing the use of an international defraud scheme.
  • We intervened in the merger of a Mexican hospital group with an international chain of hospitals.
  • We participated in the sale of Mexican companies to foreign investors and entrepreneurs
  • We litigated the invasion of a patent owned by a small Mexican laboratory by a multinational pharmaceutical obtaining a favorable judgment in damages.

  • We defended a group of 51 Mexican investors defrauded by a real estate developer in Atlanta, USA; obtained a favorable decision for more than 3 times the investment.
